Twilight Trees Create Narnia for a Magical Save the Children Winter Gala at London's Guildhall

Monday, December 5, 2022 - 13:00

Twilight Trees provided a record breaking 113 trees to create a magical ‘Narnia’ scene for the Save the Children Winter Gala at London's Guildhall.

Private Drama Events carefully crafted the event alongside a dream team of suppliers including Twilight Trees, Event Concept and Bubble Food.

Guests walked through the wardrobe and brushed past the hanging coats and into Narnia. The Crypt had been transformed with trees of all different shapes and sizes, from frosted Christmas trees to ethereal LED White Birch trees and sparkling Nordic Firs. The forest was lit with coloured uplighters that set-off the arches of the Crypt beautifully and of course there had to be a dusting of snow and the signature lamppost.

As guests walked through from the Crypt to the Great Hall, the scene started to thaw and by the time they were in the Great Hall itself, they were basking in spring. The stage was flocked by two Grande ‘Trees in Green’ and LED Mini Cherry Trees were placed on each table alongside woodland table accessories provided by ‘Mrs Alice’. A kaleidoscope of colour bathed the room as the guests sat down to a dinner that raised nearly a million pounds for charity.
